Work commences upon receipt of half of the remuneration amount plus actual costs (e.g. national and local government fees, registration and licence tax, revenue stamps, postage) as a deposit.

The amount of remuneration does not include consumption tax and local consumption tax.

Actual costs to be paid to the public office (fees, stamps, registration tax, etc.), fees to the notary, fees to other professionals, shipping costs for ordering documents, etc., if any, must be borne separately.

If the case involves a business trip to a distant place and the actual costs of transport, accommodation, etc. are incurred, these must be borne separately.

The amount of remuneration may differ for cases with special circumstances or those requiring extra time. In such cases, a separate estimate will be prepared and presented.

For cases not specified in the remuneration table, an estimate will be drawn up and presented at the consultation stage.

Please note that we cannot accept cases that are prohibited by other laws.
The fee will be determined based on the results achieved through your activities.
