Immigration Services
AEGIS International Administrative Firm specializes in immigration services, supporting foreign nationals with living, working, and starting businesses in Japan. As a registered immigration specialist (shinsei toritsugi gyoseishoshi), we handle applications to the Immigration Services Agency on behalf of our clients. Naturalization applications are filed in person by the applicant at the Legal Affairs Bureau, not the Immigration Services Agency, and we help with checking the conditions, comparing naturalization with permanent residence, arranging and translating documents from your home country and Japan, preparing the application documents, and preparing for consultations at the bureau.
We also provide general gyoseishoshi services including license and permit applications, preparation of contracts and various documents, business formation support, and inheritance and will-related document preparation. English-language support is available.
